Enarmade banditer
Taco Brothers is an ELK Studios slot with 5 reels and 243 ways. The official page confirms the Santa Maria, Captain Diaz, Paso, Pepe, Pico, Senorita theme, and the Wild Escape Bonus Game.
The official PDFs provide the basic figures: RTP 96.3%, hit frequency 24.0%, exposure 1,500x bet, bets 0.10-50 EUR, and maximum win 150,000 coins / 75,000 EUR.
The only nuance to bear in mind: the Product Sheet and Game Data Sheet indicate a volatility of 3/10, while the current ELK page displays 6/10. This discrepancy is therefore preserved instead of being hidden.
What ELK confirms

Re-spins, running wilds and bonuses
The Product Sheet describes a game designed to maintain small wins and offer extra chances to enter the bonus round. The brothers advance through the tunnel as Running Wilds, one at a time, while Captain Diaz can block them and Senorita can release them or push them back to the start.
The officially listed features are the second chance re-spin, free spins, multipliers, running wilds and the Wild Escape Bonus Game. The game is also announced as playable in portrait mode, which fits with the mobile-first angle of older ELK titles.
Betting Strategies and point of caution
The Product Sheet also highlights the ELK Betting Strategies: Jumper, Leveller and Booster. These automatically adjust the bet level based on wins or losses. This is a point to approach with caution, as automated bet management can accelerate budget consumption.
With an RTP of 96.3% and bets of 0.10-50 EUR, Taco Brothers remains relatively straightforward on paper. However, the volatility discrepancy between the page and the PDFs makes it necessary to check the in-game help at the operator before drawing conclusions on the exact risk profile.
Our quick opinion
Taco Brothers is worth covering because it sets the foundation for the series before Taco Brothers Derailed. It appeals to players who want an easy-to-read ELK grid, with running wilds and a narrative bonus, without jumping straight into the more modern layers of X-iter or Super Bonuses.
To compare with other ELK game sheets, look at Taco Brothers Derailed, Tahiti Gold, Toro Shogun, Thoro or The Wiz. The slot machine hub, the best online casinos and the online casinos France page then allow you to place the game within a wider selection.
