Even the site itself does not agree with this table. The introductory text mentions an offer of ‘up to 2,000 € + 250 free spins + wheel of fortune’. Another banner aimed at French-speaking players advertises ‘up to 2,000 € + 200 FS + Wheel of Fortune’. Finally, the bonus policy sets the maximum bonus on the first, second and third deposits at 150 € each, with a minimum deposit of 15 €, and provides 50 free spins a day for 5 days after the first deposit. These versions cannot all be true at once. Only the deposit screen, at the moment you open it, is authoritative.

The wagering requirement explained with an example

What the terms and conditions say

In the version served on 3 October 2026 (titled ‘CR’), the terms and conditions name Neon Games S.R.L. as the operator, a company incorporated under Costa Rican law, registered under number 3-102-912221 and based in San José. They are governed by Costa Rican law, with exclusive jurisdiction for the courts of that country. They cite no gaming licence and no licence number.

What the other site texts say

The site's French translation file contains a different footer. It presents the site as owned and operated by Terdersoft B.V., a Curaçao company (no. 164860). This company is said to hold a sublicence from Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. under master licence 5536/JAZ. Payment processing is entrusted there to Interdersoft Limited, a Cypriot company (HE 452538). This master licence system belongs to Curaçao's former regime. Since the new law came into force on 24 December 2024, the Curaçao Gaming Authority issues OGL licences directly.

Checking the register

The OGL register published by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 2 October 2026 does list Terdersoft B.V. (no. 164860), holder of B2C licence OGL/2024/1126/0521. But AFK Spin does not cite this number, and its terms name a different company. This register therefore does not allow the site to be linked to this licence with certainty. We treat the licence as advertised but unverifiable: this is the cautious value provided for by our review methodology.

What this means for you

In the event of a dispute, no regulator is clearly named, and the applicable law is that of Costa Rica. On the technical side, the site states that it uses TLS encryption and protection against DDoS attacks.
