Our experience with customer service was mixed. During the team’s test, carried out before this update, the conversation began in English before switching to French. Self-service help was very limited, with an FAQ that dealt almost exclusively with how to contact support. This explains the retained support score of 3/5.

Chat is still available through the bubble at the bottom right of the website. When we checked on 20 September 2026, its greeting was in English and advertised a reply within a few minutes. This is the widget’s message: no new response time was measured for this update. For a written enquiry, the published address is support@x7casino.com.

Chat is useful for a short question about activating a bonus. For a withdrawal or verification document, email gives you a precise record: include the request date, the relevant method and its reference, without sending multiple identical messages. The casino’s futuristic design therefore does not limit its library to a single theme.

To explore a new title, some game pages offer “Play for fun”. This demo mode lets you see how a game works before betting. When choosing a slot, focus on its pace, features and rules; the presence of a jackpot or bonus-buy option does not, by itself, make playing more advantageous.

Deposits and withdrawals: minimums, timings and limits

Withdrawing: three separate steps

3. Receive the transfer. Once approved, the timing depends on the provider. A wallet advertised as instant therefore does not remove the casino’s approval stage.

For bank transfers, the documents show different thresholds: Banking states 10 €, while the general terms specify 100 € for a transfer within the European Union and 250 € outside the EU. Ask for the threshold of your particular transfer option in the cashier before choosing it; the 10 € wallet minimum should not automatically be applied to bank transfers.

Limits that may spread a payment over time
