Yet the French registration banner advertises ‘up to 2,500 € + 250 Free Spins’, and the site's tab mentions a ‘450 € welcome bonus’. The bonus policy settles the matter differently. According to article 4.2, each of the first three deposits must reach 15 €. Article 4.3 caps the bonus on each of these deposits at 150 €, ‘unless otherwise stated’. The free spins follow article 4.5: 50 a day for 3 days after the first deposit, then 50 a day for 2 days after the second. They are played on Gates of Olympus or on BGaming titles (Aztec Magic, Johnny Cash, Platinum Lightning). In the absence of a single version, refer to the offer displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

What the wagering costs

For the pack, article 4.7 refers to the ‘Bonus’ section of the account without giving a figure. The default rule in article 3.9 requires each bonus to be wagered 40 times. In practice, a 150 € bonus requires 6,000 € in bets. The list of excluded countries is long. It includes France and its overseas territories, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania and Curaçao, as well as the countries on the FATF black and grey lists. The site texts advertise ‘more than 5,000 games’, whereas a box on the home page simply states ‘more than 2,000 games’. On 3 October 2026, the lobby's public API counted 7,658 games and 69 providers for a French connection. The catalogue offered depends on the country of connection.

Just over 3,900 titles are classed as slots, and more than 2,200 offer a bonus buy. Points to watch

The 50 € threshold is high for a withdrawal. A request that exceeds a payment method's limit is paid in several instalments. Article 2.6 requires you to wager at least three times the amount deposited before any withdrawal, as an anti-money laundering measure. The site's internal currency is the euro: a deposit in another currency may therefore cost slightly more because of conversion. No quantified weekly or monthly limit is published. The profile offers several settings: deposit, loss, wager and session-time limits, plus a cooling-off period. Any request to raise or remove a limit only takes effect after 24 hours. Self-exclusion works in two stages. First, a 24-hour cooling-off period, during which you can no longer bet. Then, if you confirm by email, an exclusion of one day, one week, six months or permanently. If no exclusion is confirmed within 24 hours of the end of the cooling-off period, the account is unlocked. Article 3.25 adds that a player in a cooling-off period receives no prizes.

According to the terms and conditions, romancasino.com is owned and operated by Rossobash SRL. This company, incorporated under Costa Rican law, is registered under number 3-102-900313, in Santa Ana. The terms mention no gaming licence. The text of the terms only refers to a ‘main licence holder’ in connection with restricted countries, without naming it.

The footer

The licence block in the footer displays the logo ‘Licensed by Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. — License nr 5536/JAZ’. It links to a document hosted on a SharePoint space named ‘CIL-Validations’. The French footer also states that Terdersoft B.V.'s payment services are provided by its Cypriot subsidiary Interdersoft Limited (HE 452538). The system of sublicences attached to master licence 5536/JAZ belongs to Curaçao's former framework. Since 24 December 2024, the Curaçao Gaming Authority has issued OGL licences itself.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority register

The OGL register of 2 October 2026 does contain Terdersoft B.V. (no. 164860), with B2C licence OGL/2024/1126/0521, of indefinite duration. Yet Roman Casino does not display this number, and its terms name Rossobash SRL as the operator. These documents do not establish that the site is covered by this licence. We therefore treat the licence as advertised but unverifiable, in line with our review methodology.

In practice

The terms are governed by Costa Rican law, and disputes are reserved for the courts of that country. In the event of a disagreement, the terms mention recourse to an independent body or to the regulator cited on the site, without naming it. To judge whether Roman Casino is legit, remember above all this: the operator is identified, but the licence is neither cited in the terms nor verifiably linked to that company.
