ParionsSport becomes Unibet: account, app and bonuses

ParionsSport online joined Unibet in March 2026. If you want to sign in to your old account, find your bets or download the app, Unibet is now the place to start. These two names should therefore no longer be compared as two independent betting sites.

This transition concerns online gambling. ParionsSport continues to operate in retail outlets: your online account and a ticket bought from a retailer are separate.

ParionsSport and Unibet: understanding the change

FDJ UNITED has brought its French online sports betting and poker services together under the Unibet brand. The migration began on 24 March 2026. The group's horse racing betting services have been brought together under ZEturf. This arrangement is explained in FDJ UNITED's official announcement.

To find the right route quickly, start with what you want to do:

• Find your online sports bets: go to Unibet and follow the process for former account holders.

• Play poker: check the Unibet Poker process; the old ParionsSport poker app is no longer a separate alternative.

• Find horse racing betting: consult the ZEturf information, without assuming that the sports betting app provides all the same services.

• Check a ticket bought in a shop: use the ParionsSport retail service.

The brand name alone does not tell you which situation applies to you. A former ParionsSport player and someone discovering Unibet today do not follow the same process and are not necessarily eligible for the same promotions. Making that distinction helps you choose the right route from the outset.

Account, balance and bets: where to find your information

FDJ UNITED states that accounts will continue, with balances, account histories and unsettled bets retained. The steps to follow

1. Identify your old account. Have the email address you used and any useful references ready, without sharing your password with a third party.

2. Open Unibet's official account process. Follow the instructions for your situation rather than immediately creating another account.

3. Check the information shown. Review your balance, recent transactions, unsettled bets and any promotional credits.

4. Report a specific discrepancy. Note the amount, date and transaction reference to help customer support investigate.

A bet awaiting a result, a voided bet and bonus credit are different things. Compare like-for-like account entries before concluding that money is missing. If you cannot sign in, first use the operator's account recovery process.

We cannot access your player account or check the transfer of an individual account. These checks do, however, give you a clear basis for getting back to your account or obtaining a useful answer from customer support.

Bonuses: are the old ParionsSport offers still valid?

A change of brand does not automatically entitle you to another welcome bonus. The old ParionsSport amounts should not be treated as an additional offer that you can combine with Unibet's. For a specific promotion, check the terms when you sign up or take part.

The Unibet welcome terms consulted on 28 September 2026 exclude, among others, people who have played on ParionsSport, Unibet, ZEbet or ZEturf in the previous 24 months, with a rule that also applies to the household. Other criteria depend on the product. Former customers should therefore check their eligibility before depositing in the hope of receiving a bonus.

Four things to check before activating an offer

• Who it is for: a new player, an existing customer or the recipient of a personal promotion.

• What triggers it: a deposit, a qualifying bet, tournament registration or another action expressly required by the terms.

• The type of credit: withdrawable money, betting bonuses and poker tickets serve different purposes.

• The limits: the maximum amount, expiry date and conditions for converting the credit into withdrawable winnings.

When comparing two offers, consider what you can actually do with your usual stake. A prominently displayed amount does not sum up either the terms or the offer's value for your circumstances. If you are already a customer, the promotions available in your account are more relevant than the welcome banner alone.

What we actually observed on an iPhone 16

We downloaded, installed and set up the ParionsSport app on an iPhone 16. During that test, pages loaded quickly and we did not notice disruptive lag while browsing sports bets and changing odds. In poker, we observed no card-dealing problems or accidental clicks during the sessions we watched.

This feedback concerns the former ParionsSport app. The exact date of the test is not recorded, so it does not describe a new test of the Unibet app or all its current versions. We have retained the observation for the practical insight it provides into the earlier mobile experience.

Which app should you use now?

On iPhone, ParionsSport's former App Store address now leads to Unibet Paris Sportifs & Poker. To choose the right app, use the official site's links and migration guidance, particularly for poker.

After installing or updating the app, start by finding your account and checking your information. Then make sure you can access the markets or tables you want before starting a new session. An app opening correctly does not, by itself, confirm that every part of your old account has been recovered.

Deposits and withdrawals: check them in your Unibet account

The payment methods, minimum amounts and processing times stated for the former ParionsSport platform should not be treated as guarantees for a transaction today. Check your Unibet account's cashier for the available options and the terms that apply to your request.

Before a deposit

Check the available payment method, the amount entered and any fees shown. If you want to take part in a promotion, check its terms before confirming: a deposit and a bet are two separate steps. Do not make a new payment solely to try to recover an old balance.

Requesting a withdrawal

Find the balance available to withdraw, then follow the cashier's instructions. Note the request reference and its status. A request being recorded, the operator approving it and the money reaching your bank account are three different stages; any stated processing time needs to be read in light of the stage it measures.

If the payment is delayed, give customer support the amount, date and withdrawal reference. Avoid submitting repeated identical requests until you know what happened to the first one. For a balance transferred during the migration, explain that it relates to your former ParionsSport account.

Security, support and managing your account

For anything concerning your account, start with the official site or the Unibet help centre. A link received in a message should not lead you to give your login details to an intermediary. If identity verification is requested, follow the secure process in your player account.

Prepare a short, specific request: which old account you used, the transaction concerned, its date and amount, and any error message. A screenshot of the error can help, with information unrelated to the problem hidden. Never share your password with customer support or with our site.

Before resuming betting, also check the limits you want to keep on your account. A change of brand is no reason to increase your budget. The aim is to return to your usual activity with settings you understand and control.
