GenyBet Review

Are you looking for a reliable casino to register with to play gambling and betting games legally online? Although Genybet is not the best-known site, it is gradually gaining popularity, to the point of establishing itself as a reliable alternative to the giants of the sector, such as Unibet, Winamax or Betclic.

In this guide, we invite you to discover everything you need to know about this platform. Advantages, disadvantages, but also the registration process and a full analysis of the services offered, you will have access to all the necessary information to help you decide whether or not you want to register on this site.

What is GenyBet casino?

GenyBet is an online casino holding a gaming licence issued by the ANJ (Autorité Nationale des Jeux) under the numbers 0055-PH-2025-07-24-AGR-01 (for horse racing betting) and 0055-PS-2025-07-24-AGR-01 (for sports betting). It is published and managed by the company Geny Infos.

This comprehensive and modern site offers a rich selection, made up of horse racing betting, turf and sports betting. On the other hand, there is no online poker. This is a deliberate choice, which we find a shame.

Despite this, the betting options are numerous on this casino, with the possibility of wagering money on:

• Turf and horse racing betting

• Football

• Basketball

• Tennis

• Rugby

• Handball

• Volleyball

• American football

• Baseball

• Ice hockey

• Golf

• Cycling

• Boxing

• MMA

• Motor sports (Formula 1, MotoGP, etc.)

• Winter sports (Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing, Biathlon, etc.)

What are the pros and cons of Genybet Casino?

Genybet is a unique site with serious advantages, including unique expertise in horse racing and sports betting. However, a few areas for improvement have been identified.

The pros

GenyBet is a casino that allows you to enjoy your passion for both traditional sports and horse racing. Some of the events, such as the Compiègne or Chantilly meetings, are also broadcast via streaming.

The welcome bonus is also extremely attractive (up to 250 €). It is one of the highest amounts on the French gaming market.

Finally, it is a reliable and secure bookmaker, holding a gaming licence issued by the ANJ, which meets numerous criteria regarding data and fund security.

The cons

As for areas for improvement, the user experience deserves to be reviewed and optimised, with a site that, visually, can seem "old school".

The odds on certain sports are not really aligned with the best on the market. Unibet, for example, for an equal bet, offers odds that are about 2% more attractive. Over the long term, the difference is real.

Finally, payment options are sorely lacking. We will return to this later in this article, but only three options (debit card, bank transfer and paysafecard) are available.

Services and features offered at GenyBet Casino

GenyBet is a platform with many products. Here is what you can do once you have validated your registration!

Turf and horse racing betting

This is the core of Genybet Casino's business. Indeed, this site originally specialised in turf and horse racing betting. The home page highlights this very well.

The betting options are quite numerous. You can bet on races organised in France (Chantilly, Vincennes, Arc de Triomphe). You can also bet on meetings taking place in Great Britain or elsewhere in Europe.

Sports betting

GenyBet Casino offers around twenty sports disciplines on which to bet money (football, rugby, etc.). Everything is done in a very classic way, with a search bar that allows you to quickly target the event or team to bet on, a choice of markets and a bet to place.

Cash out

GenyBet allows you to cash out. On this casino, every player has the option to stop an ongoing bet. This allows you to:

• secure your winnings before the end of a match, if the bet is going well,

• limit losses if the bet is not going well and you are about to lose everything.

This cash out can be full or partial.

How to open an account on the Genybet casino?

Opening an account on GenyBet is not complicated at all. Find out how to proceed in a few simple steps in the rest of this guide.

Step 1 - Account Opening

To register on the GenyBet platform, go to the casino's official website. Click on the "Register" button. This is located at the top right of the screen on an orange background.

A new page will then open. To proceed, you will need to enter your:

• Gender,

• Birth name,

• First name,

• Date of birth,

• Email address,

• Username.

Once this information is validated, a new page will open from which you will need to enter your:

• Postal address (town, street, number, postcode),

• Country, county, town of birth,

• Phone number.

A final step, regarding gaming and betting limits, will be required from you.

Step 2 - Identity Verification

Once registered, validate your account. You have a period of 30 days to do this. To do so, you must send a photocopy (front and back) of your ID card as well as proof of address dating back less than three months to the support team.

Step 3 - Make a Deposit

Once your identity is verified, you can now make your first deposit. The money will be credited immediately to your player account (and free of charge). You can then start playing by placing your bets.

Several options are available to top up your player account:

• Credit or debit card like VISA or Mastercard,

• Standard bank transfer,

• Paysafecard.

The options are admittedly limited; however, the minimum amount is relatively low (5 €).

Step 4 - Place your sports bet on GenyBet

Final step: the bet! Go to the left sidebar and search for the sport you wish to bet your money on.

Via the dedicated search bar, you can also enter the name of the team or player you want to bet on.

Search for the type of bet you are ready to place. Then enter the amount you want to stake. All that is left to do is validate.

The GenyBet casino mobile application

The GenyBet casino has its own mobile application. You can use it to bet on both horse racing as well as traditional sports betting.

The mobile application is lightweight (70 MB) and quick to install. The interface is also more modern than what the website offers. Placing a horse racing bet has never been easier.

This application is available on both Android and iOS:

• It is rated 3.4/5 on the AppStore, with over 900 reviews,

• It is rated 4.5/5 on Google Play, for Android users.

Bonuses, free bets and tournaments on GenyBet

GenyBet offers two types of bonuses, for horse racing betting and sports betting:

• For sports betting, if your first bet loses, it is refunded in the form of free bets, up to a limit of 50 €.

• For horse racing betting, the bonus is much more interesting. You will receive up to 200 € on your first deposit.

The total amount of the Genybet welcome bonus, sports betting and turf combined is 250 €.

Security and risk management

GenyBet is a platform certified by the ANJ. It holds two gaming licences, number 0055-PH-2025-07-24-AGR-01 (for horse racing betting) and number 0055-PS-2025-07-24-AGR-01 (for sports betting).

This casino is therefore obliged to comply with high standards of security:

• SSL encryption protocol to protect users' personal and banking data,

• Integration of KYC (identity verification) within 30 days,

• Responsible gaming (wagering and deposit limits) with possible temporary or permanent exclusion,

• Two-factor authentication (2FA).

Genybet support and customer service

You can contact Genybet customer service by email at serviceclient@genybet.fr.

In this email, you will need to provide some information, such as your first name, last name, as well as a means of contact (phone number) and your request.

You can also use social networks. Whether on Facebook, X or Instagram, you can write to them every day of the week, at any time.

One last option, which is much longer but has the merit of existing: postal mail. You can send your letter to Genybet Service Client - 67-69 rue Mendès France 75013 Paris

Our final verdict on GenyBet

GenyBet is a comprehensive platform, which is particularly interesting if you enjoy sports betting and horse racing. On the other hand, there are a few negative points, such as the lack of a live chat for customer service or the very limited choice for depositing funds. For the rest, the mobile application is functional, the customer service is responsive and the gaming options are quite numerous.
