Horus Casino review: two welcome packs, games and withdrawals

Horus Casino review: promo code and welcome packs

Our Horus Casino review is based on documents consulted on 3 October 2026: terms and conditions, bonus terms, the promotions page, payment tables, FAQ, responsible gambling policy, the lobby's public API, the Anjouan licence register and the blocking list of the Autorité nationale des jeux (ANJ). Horus Casino appears on this list twice. On 18 October 2023, the ANJ targeted horuscasino.com, three numbered variants and horus-casino.com. On 5 January 2026, it added horuscasino555.com and horuscasino888.com, that is, the address our affiliate link leads to and the one horuscasino.com currently redirects to.

The HORUS10 code

8Fortuna's listing associates the code HORUS10 with this casino, together with a no deposit offer negotiated by 8Fortuna: 10 free spins via our link, reserved for new sign-ups. This offer is not, however, accessible from France, as the ANJ has ordered the site to be blocked. According to the bonus terms, this type of offer is restricted: 30 € in withdrawable winnings at most, and a deposit required before any withdrawal.

Two packs to choose from, not to be mixed

The Horus Casino welcome bonus comes in two versions, both spread over the first three deposits. The terms prohibit switching between them: you choose one pack, then claim its tiers in order. In both cases, the free spins are credited on Book of Museum, by GameArt.

The no wagering pack in practice

The no wagering pack requires no volume of play, either on the bonus or on spin winnings. It remains ‘sticky’: the bonus is removed when you request a payout, and the withdrawable amount cannot exceed five times the bonus received. With a first deposit of 200 €, you receive a 200 € bonus; if the balance climbs to 1,400 €, the withdrawal request deducts that 200 €, then limits the payout to 1,000 €. The maximum bet is 4 € per spin while the bonus or its winnings are in the account, and jackpot games, table games, live games and many slots are prohibited.

The wagering pack, in figures

The second pack looks more generous, but its requirements are heavy, as they apply to the deposit and bonus combined. A first deposit of 100 € gives a 100 € bonus: you must then wager 40 times 200 €, i.e. 8,000 €. At the third tier, a 200 € deposit brings a 600 € bonus and requires 60 times 800 €, i.e. 48,000 € in bets. For a first crypto deposit, two variants exist: 200% up to 200 € with no wagering from 30 €, with a maximum bet of 5 €, or 300% up to 600 € from 100 € with 60 times deposit and bonus. Our no wagering bonuses page lets you compare these offers with others.

Overview of Horus Casino

Horus Casino borrows its setting from ancient Egypt: the promotions page promises to treat the player ‘like a pharaoh’. The brand has been online since at least October 2020, the date of the oldest captures of horuscasino.com under the title ‘Horus Casino Online’. It is operated by Moonseeker SRL, a Costa Rican company that also runs Haz Casino, Vegaz Casino and several other sites under the same licence.

The site operates with numbered backup addresses. On 3 October 2026, horuscasino.com redirected to horuscasino888.com, and 8Fortuna's link to horuscasino555.com. Both these addresses have been on the ANJ blocking list since 5 January 2026.

A more complete translation than its sister sites

Among the operator's sites, Horus Casino offers the most content in French. The FAQ, the ‘About’ page, the contact page and most of the promotion descriptions are translated. The terms and conditions, the bonus terms and the responsible gambling policy remain in English, the version that prevails in the event of disagreement between languages.

Like the rest of the platform, the site loads as a web app, usable on computer and smartphone alike without installation. No iOS or Android app is mentioned. Games can be tried in demo mode, without an account, according to the FAQ. A sports betting section is also offered, which we have not assessed here.

For which player?

Horus Casino targets two audiences: the cautious player who prefers a capped no wagering bonus, and the player who accepts heavy wagering requirements in exchange for bigger bonuses. In both cases, these are slots players, since the other categories are excluded from bonus play.

Recurring offers and rewards

Horus Casino uses the promotional calendar shared by the operator's sites. Each offer is triggered with a code entered in the cashier, a deposit of at least 20 € and a maximum bet of 4 €:

Watch out for a little-noticed rule: before claiming these promotions, you must have made two deposits played without a bonus. The CRYPTO20 code, which adds 20% to subsequent crypto deposits, is closed to players in France according to the bonus terms.

Rakeback, cashback and leaderboards

Horus Casino does not publish a detailed loyalty page: the corresponding section is empty as at the date of consultation. The bonus terms nevertheless describe a rewards system made up of rakeback, cashback and rank bonuses, all to be wagered ten times before withdrawal and valid for two months. The leaderboards, on the other hand, are quantified:

• daily leaderboard: 500, 350, 200, 100 and 50 free spins for the top five, with no wagering on winnings;
• weekly leaderboard: 500 €, 350 €, 200 €, 100 € and 50 €;
• monthly leaderboard: 1,500 €, 1,000 €, 750 €, 500 € and 250 €.

The account balance must be below 5 € to collect a prize. Bets on Spribe, Smartsoft, Gamomat or Galaxsys, as well as on crash games, do not count. Daily 500 € Drops, open from a 0.25 € bet, and developer tournaments from the likes of Playson, Evoplay and Spinomenal round out the entertainment.

Games available at Horus Casino

On 3 October 2026, Horus Casino's public lobby API returned 12,673 games and 97 providers. That is slightly fewer than on the operator's sister sites, as the list of developers is not quite the same.

The studios

The list of providers brings together NetEnt, Red Tiger, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil and Thunderkick, as well as Playson, Booongo, BGaming, Evoplay, Spinomenal, Habanero, Endorphina, Novomatic, Amusnet, Betsoft, GameArt, PG Soft, Skywind and Kalamba. Several absences are notable as at the date of consultation: neither Play'n GO, nor Relax Gaming, nor Pragmatic Play appear in the list returned, even though a Pragmatic Play ‘Drops & Wins’ promotion is published. The catalogue displayed may depend on the country of connection, which we were unable to check.

Live and tables

The 16 live casino entries are mostly gateways to lobbies: Evolution's, with its rooms dedicated to blackjack, roulette, baccarat, sic bo, dragon tiger, game shows and the private salon; those of Ezugi, Skywind Live, Asia Gaming and Stakelogic; roulette from Tronius Gaming and Betgames' games. The total number of tables is not published. The 270 digital table games and 21 video poker games complete the set, but all these categories are prohibited while a bonus is active.

Horus Casino withdrawals and deposits: methods and limits

The casino accepts 27 deposit methods and offers 16 withdrawal methods. No fees are charged on deposits, which are credited immediately. Ten cryptocurrencies are accepted for deposits.

Deposit limits per transaction range from 100 € (CashLib) to 5,000 € (cards and Jeton). The terms and conditions set a minimum deposit of 10 €, but bonuses and most methods require 20 €. As for fees, three crypto withdrawals are charged: 3 XRP, 2 TRX and 0.000375 BNB, and the terms allow other fees to be applied, announced at the time of the request.

What the rules provide

• Limit for a standard account: 2,500 € per week and 10,000 € per month; 5,000 € and 20,000 € for enhanced status, granted by management.
• Acceptance or refusal of a request within two working days; the player is informed beyond ten working days.
• Payment possible in instalments for a win of 20,000 € or more.
• Deposits to be wagered at least once before any withdrawal.
• Proof of identity and proof of address required before payment; source of funds above 10,000 € deposited.
• Account deactivated if documents are not provided within 30 days; fee of 5 € per month after six months of inactivity.

No review time for identity documents is published, which makes it impossible to estimate how long a first withdrawal will take.

Customer support and responsible gambling tools

Horus Casino's ‘Contact us’ page advertises live chat support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and an email address, support@horuscasino.com. The help pages are translated into French, but the site makes no commitment on the language spoken by advisers; we were unable to check it.

The French FAQ covers account opening, passwords, restrictions, payments and games. Its answers are short and often refer you to the cashier or the footer. A complaints policy provides for internal handling, then free recourse to EADR, a mediator based in Malta, and finally to the Anjouan authority.

Setting yourself limits

Gambling on the site is reserved for adults. The responsible gambling policy, written in English, and the FAQ describe the following tools:

• Deposit limit: over the period of your choice; a reduction applies immediately, an increase after 24 hours.
• Break: 24 hours, from the ‘Restrictions’ tab of the profile.
• Game restriction: deactivation of groups of games, which can be reactivated after seven days.
• Time alert: a regular warning during the session.
• Self-exclusion: six months or more, or permanently, on request by email or chat; only a chat request is immediate.

The page also refers to GamCare's self-assessment test, Gamblers Anonymous and blocking software such as BetBlocker. For players living in France, our responsible gambling page lists local support organisations.

Is Horus Casino legit? Operator, licence and ANJ decisions

The footer attributes horuscasino.com to Moonseeker SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911192. The company says it is regulated by the Anjouan gaming authority, in the Comoros, under licence ALSI-202509006-FI1. The Anjouan public register confirms this: a ‘valid’ licence, issued on 16 September 2025, expiring on 15 September 2027, covering horuscasino.com among others. The numbered addresses are not listed.

The site's code also retains a fallback licence notice, invisible to visitors, in the name of Modern World Entertainment B.V. and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1335/0780, entered on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register with ‘Assessment in progress’ status. It does not match the operator displayed.

A verifiable but limited licence

Having a licence that can be found on a public register is a positive point. Our review methodology nevertheless ranks Anjouan below licences from Malta, the United Kingdom and Curaçao's new regime. And this licence confers no right to operate in France.

Two waves of blocking

In France, the ANJ only licenses sports betting, horse racing betting and poker online: online casino games are not authorised there. The ANJ's official list contains fourteen entries for Horus Casino. The first decision, of 18 October 2023, targets horuscasino.com, horuscasino1.com, horuscasino2.com, horuscasino3.com and horus-casino.com. The second, of 5 January 2026, targets horuscasino555.com and horuscasino888.com. These seven domains are also blocked in their www versions. The fact that the brand's active address was itself added to the list shows that the authority keeps track of address changes. These decisions have no effect on the score in our grid, however: the ‘site and licence’ sub-score is 4.5 out of 5, based on the licence listed as valid on the Anjouan register.

Our verdict on Horus Casino

On our grid, Horus Casino scores 4 out of 5 for the bonus, 3.5 for payments, 5 for games, 4.5 for site and licence and 4.5 for support. The average is equivalent to the displayed score, 8.6 out of 10: as the licence is valid, no cap applies.

The casino has its selling points: a no wagering welcome pack of up to 1,000 € and 125 spins, an alternative with wagering for those who prefer it, a lobby of more than 12,600 games, a FAQ in French and chat advertised around the clock.

Its weaknesses weigh more heavily. The no wagering pack caps winnings at five times the bonus, and the wagering pack requires up to 60 times the deposit and the bonus. Withdrawals are limited to 1,000 € per transaction excluding crypto and 2,500 € per week for a standard account. Above all, the brand has been blocked in France since 2023, and its current address since January 2026.

Horus Casino may appeal to a slots player living in a country where the offering is legal. For a player in France, we do not recommend it. See instead our ranking of the best online casinos, bearing in mind that online casino gaming is not authorised in France.
