This Crashino review is based on the documents published by the site itself: terms and conditions, bonus terms, promotions pages, FAQ, responsible gambling policy and data returned by the lobby's public interface, all collected on 3 October 2026. Crashino is a cryptocurrency casino built around ‘crash’ games, a slots catalogue and a sports betting section.

The welcome pack as published

The page dedicated to the ‘Welcome Pack’ describes a two-stage offer. The banner displayed at the top of the other pages advertises a different version, so you need to read both.

The offer can only be claimed during the 7 days following registration, and the deposit bonus also expires after 7 days. On the other pages of the site, the same welcome offer is summarised as ‘100% up to 1,000 € + 50 free spins’. The gap between 50 and 200 spins is not explained: we use the more detailed promotion page, but you should check what is displayed at the time of deposit.

The wagering requirement explained with an example

The wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet the bonus before you can withdraw it. For the pack, it is 35 times the bonus. With a first deposit of 100 €, you receive a 100 € bonus and must place 3,500 € in bets on games that count 100%. On tables and the live casino, which only count 15%, those same 3,500 € would require more than 23,000 € in bets. The general rules add that the deposit itself must be wagered once on slots as soon as a bonus is activated.

Overview of Crashino casino

Crashino casino presents itself as a ‘new generation’ gambling site centred on cryptocurrencies. The domain name crashino.com was registered on 24 February 2021 according to Verisign's RDAP registry, and the Internet Archive holds working versions of the home page from February 2022 onwards. The current site runs on a different platform from the versions archived in 2023: the interface and lobby have been rebuilt since.

The offering is built around four areas. Crash games and ‘provably fair’ games (Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Limbo) give the brand its name. A lobby of slots and table games completes the line-up. A sports betting section covers in-play, pre-match, esports and ‘Predictions’. Finally, a cryptocurrency futures tab appears in the interface text.

Who the site is aimed at

Crashino clearly targets players who already have a crypto wallet. Registration is by email, but also via Google, Telegram, Discord, Twitch or a WalletConnect wallet, according to the features exposed by the site. The interface is available in seven languages, including French, while the terms and conditions exist only in English and prevail in case of doubt.

The terms exclude residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, Malta, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Turkey and Curaçao, as well as several French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna). Metropolitan France is not on the list. That does not make the site authorised: in France, the ANJ only licenses sports betting, horse racing betting and poker online, and no online casino is legal there. The terms also prohibit the use of a VPN or proxy to hide your location.

Mobile version

No downloadable app is offered. The site is designed as a web app adapted to phone screens, with a manifest that lets you add it to your home screen. A version accessible from Telegram is also promoted.

10% weekly cashback

This is the clearest offer on the site. Every Monday, by 18:00 Central European Time at the latest, the casino pays back 10% of the week's net losses, calculated as total bets minus total winnings. The amount is paid in real money, with no wagering requirement, but only if it reaches at least 10 €. The page states that the offer applies to all players, without VIP status.

Friday Fun Spins

On Fridays, from midnight to 23:59, two deposits of at least 20 € give 50 and then 75 free spins respectively, 125 in total. You must already have deposited once and have been registered for at least 7 days. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20 times, and the offer is reserved for non-VIP players.

Monthly bonuses, tournament and sports offers

The ‘2x Monthly Bonus’ promotion promises two bonuses a month, sometimes a deposit bonus, sometimes free spins. No specific amount or wagering is published: only the general bonus terms apply. The site also advertises a monthly tournament, a ‘Combi Boost’ that increases winnings on accumulator bets and offers reserved for subscribers to its Telegram channel.

The VIP Club

The VIP programme works by invitation only. Members receive an account manager, weekly cashback of 10 to 20% paid on Mondays, faster advertised withdrawals, higher betting limits and occasional bonuses. A VIP player at another site can request a transfer of their status by writing to vip@crashino.com, with supporting evidence. The invitation criteria are not published.

Games: slots, crash games and live casino

Crashino does not publish an overall figure for its catalogue. We therefore queried, on 3 October 2026 from France, the public interface that feeds each studio's pages. Adding up the games of the 59 studios showing at least one title, we arrive at 7,230 games, in-house games included. This total is a lower bound: it only counts studios whose page we were able to identify, and the content displayed may vary depending on the country of connection.

Slots and the studios present

The largest catalogues are those of Spinomenal (710 games), Playtech (458), VoltEnt (429), Foxi (372) and BGaming (273). You will also find Hacksaw Gaming, Booming Games, Endorphina, Betsoft, Habanero, PG Soft, Fugaso and Caleta Gaming. The big names of the European market are less present: the pages for Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Playson exist, but show no games from France. The footer nevertheless promotes Spaceman by Pragmatic Play.

The ‘All Games’ category promoted in the lobby contains only 1,379 titles. It therefore does not reflect the whole catalogue, which can be surprising when browsing. The search engine and the studio pages give a more complete view.

Crash games and ‘Crashino Originals’

The site's identity lies in its in-house games. The Crashino Originals category groups 12 titles, including Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Limbo, Keno, HiLo, Dragon's Tower and Cross The Road, as well as in-house versions of blackjack, roulette and video poker. These games are presented as ‘provably fair’, meaning the player can verify them through a cryptographic mechanism. On top of these come crash games from third-party studios, such as Aviator by Spribe or JetX by SmartSoft, promoted in the footer.

Live casino

The live casino returned by the interface relies mainly on Iconic21 and BetGames. It includes roulette tables (including French roulette), blackjack, baccarat and sic bo, as well as BetGames' live lottery and dice games. The Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live pages return no tables from France, so the live offering remains modest. Remember that these games only count 15% towards bonus wagering.

Deposits and withdrawals: Crashino timeframes and limits

Crashino operates in cryptocurrencies. The FAQ lists sixteen assets for which a block explorer is given. The casino does not directly accept cards or bank transfers: a ‘Buy Crypto’ module lets you buy crypto by bank card from a third-party provider, before depositing it.

Advertised minimums, limits and timeframes

The minimum deposit qualifying for a bonus is 20 € or the equivalent. For Crashino withdrawals, the terms and conditions set a minimum of 50 € per transaction and no more than two requests per day. The standard limits are 5,000 € per day, 10,000 € per week and 40,000 € per month, with VIPs enjoying negotiated limits. A more restrictive clause applies to large wins: if the balance and pending withdrawals exceed 10 times total deposits, payment is spread over ten equal monthly instalments.

As for timeframes, the FAQ states that most withdrawals are processed immediately, then credited once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. In the event of a manual check, processing can take up to 24 hours. Crashino claims to charge no deposit or withdrawal fees; only network or provider fees are payable by you.

Identity verification and other fees

The terms allow the casino to require proof of identity, proof of address, a selfie or a video call before any withdrawal. The FAQ details the documents expected: front and back of an official ID, a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or bill less than 90 days old. The interface advertises document review within 24 hours at most. The site may also require each deposit to have been wagered once before a withdrawal.

Two fees are worth knowing about. An account inactive for 180 days becomes ‘dormant’ and may incur management fees of 10% of the balance per month, after 30 days' notice. Customer support and responsible gambling

Crashino advertises a live chat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accessible from the site. The other channel is the address support@crashino.com, given in the FAQ and in the responsible gambling policy. A Telegram community completes the set-up, without being an official support channel. There is no phone number.

Language remains a weak point. The interface is translated into French, but no page advertises support in French. The terms even state that all official communications take place in English, via the registered email address. The FAQ covers support, transactions, gaming, the account and the WalletConnect connection; it answers common questions without going into the detail of disputes.

In the event of a disagreement over a bet, a complaint must be filed within three days of its settlement. The casino undertakes to respond within 28 days at most and names, as a last resort, a licensing body whose status we examine below.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gambling policy, updated on 22 January 2026, points out that the site is reserved for over-18s. It refers to Gambling Therapy's self-assessment tests and offers self-exclusion of six months to five years, to be requested by email from support. The player area adds two self-service tools: a cool-off period of 1 to 365 days and self-exclusion, both confirmed with a two-factor authentication code. Funds must be withdrawn before activation.

Operator, licence and security: is Crashino legit?

Knowing whether Crashino is legit means knowing who runs it and under what oversight. On both points, the published documents remain very vague.

An operator never named

Neither the terms and conditions, nor the privacy policy, nor the responsible gambling policy give a company name, address or registration number. The texts only refer to ‘the Company’, designated as ‘Crashino’. The footer is limited to ‘© 2026 Crashino.com’. The domain is managed by the registrar SafeNames, with no public holder.

A licence cited without a number

The only regulatory mention appears in article 22.6 of the terms and conditions, last updated on 7 September 2023. It names ‘our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.’ for unresolved complaints. This company was one of the master licence holders under Curaçao's former regime. No sublicence number is given, and neither Crashino nor this body appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's licence register dated 2 October 2026, nor on its sanctions register.

The site also loads a seal linking to the Tobique Gaming Commission's verification page. This page is not conclusive: it shows the same ‘INVALID’ status for sites whose operator does appear among Tobique's licence holders. Only the public list of licence holders is authoritative, and it is organised by company: as Crashino names no operator, the seal cannot be linked to any licence. We classify the licence as advertised but unverifiable, which caps the score at 7/10.

What this means in France

No Crashino domain appears on the list of sites subject to an ANJ blocking order that we consulted. This absence does not amount to authorisation: no online casino is licensed in France. Our Crashino review: the verdict

Crashino scores 7/10 on our grid based on published data. The average of the five sub-scores comes to 7.2/10, brought down to 7/10 by the cap applied to licences that are advertised but unverifiable.

The strengths are tangible. The 10% weekly cashback is paid with no wagering requirement. Crypto withdrawals are advertised as near-instant, with no casino fees and comfortable limits. The in-house crash games and the slots catalogue offer variety.

The weaknesses go to the heart of the matter. No one is identified as the operator, the licence cited does not appear on any register consulted and the seal displayed cannot be linked to any identifiable licence holder. The welcome bonus combines 35x wagering, a winnings cap and game exclusions, and the way it is displayed varies from one page to another. The 50 € minimum withdrawal and the spreading of large wins over ten months also weigh against it.
