Happy Hugo: Review Sheet of this Online Casino

8Fortuna's review on Happy Hugo

Happy Hugo, an online casino launched in 2023, is a creation of the Mountberg B.V. group, which also owns Ruby Vegas, Azur Casino, and Banzai Slots. This casino stands out for its space theme, embodied by the mascot Hugo, a small spaceship. Its visual interface is distinguished by its simplicity and efficiency.

The gaming library of Happy Hugo is also remarkable for its diversity and scale, with over 4,500 games available, including slot machines, table games, and live casino options. This variety ensures a rewarding gaming experience for users.

As for promotions, Happy Hugo offers attractive offers, all free from wagering requirements, thus giving players a chance to fully enjoy the benefits without additional constraints.

The pros and cons of Happy Hugo

Promotions and Bonuses at Happy Hugo

Bonuses and promotions are crucial for casinos, serving to both attract new players and reward the loyalty of regulars.

In the case of Happy Hugo, we were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the offers, both in terms of the welcome bonus and the promotions available throughout the week.

However, it is worth noting that the maximum bet per game round under a bonus is 4 €, a slightly lower amount than the 5 € standard observed at most other online casinos.

Nevertheless, the most notable feature of these offers is their wager-free nature, which means that players can fully enjoy the benefits without having to meet any stringent wagering requirements. This policy is reminiscent of those found on platforms such as Cresus Casino or millionz.

The Happy Hugo Welcome Bonus

We were extremely satisfied with the welcome bonus offered by Happy Hugo. The platform has clearly gone the extra mile to provide an exceptional offer. What truly caught our attention is that this bonus is spread over the first three deposits made:

1. First deposit: 100% up to 300 € + 50 free spins on Money Train

2. Second deposit: 100% up to 350 € + 50 free spins on Money Train 2

3. Third deposit: 100% up to 350 € + 50 free spins on Mega Mask

It is always nice to see that a welcome offer combines both bonus money and free spins on popular slots, the value of which is determined by the specific game. However, it is important to note that the winnings from these bonuses must be wagered once in their entirety before they can be withdrawn.

To benefit from this bonus, we simply had to make an initial deposit of a minimum amount of 20 €, which is quite reasonable. By depositing 100 €, we were able to start our gaming session with 200 €, and the same formula was applied to subsequent deposits.

The Spin Race

If you are a fan of free spins like us, then this offer will delight you, as it is simply perfect. Every Thursday, after making three deposits, you will receive free spins. The number of free spins will depend on the amount you have deposited:

• For each deposit between 50 € and 99 €, you will receive 50 free spins.

• For each deposit of at least 100 €, you will receive 100 free spins.

The free spins can be used on Book of Dead, the iconic slot machine from Play'n GO. Just like with the welcome bonus, the winnings resulting from them must be wagered once in their entirety before they can be withdrawn.

However, we share your disappointment regarding the need to make three deposits to obtain the free spins. On platforms such as RubyVegas, a similar offer is accessible with a single deposit, providing easier access to the benefits offered.

Space Adventure

Space Adventure is a captivating promotion that we greatly appreciate. In fact, this offer acts like a loyalty programme where every bet you make allows you to reach milestones, with rewards for each of them.

From the moment you create your account, you are automatically enrolled in this programme, and your spaceship starts at level zero. From there, every euro wagered in real money earns you one point.

As you progress through the levels, your spaceship explores new planets, offering exclusive bonuses at each stage. In total, there are 10 levels to achieve, each offering its own advantages. Here are the details of these levels:

Jackpot Pool

The Jackpot Pool, or Hugo Jackpot, is a very intriguing feature that puts players in competition with each other. Its concept reminds us somewhat of team play found on CasinoTogether.

Once registered, you will need to choose a faction to join from the two available: the Star Union and the Evil Corp.

Subsequently, each euro wagered in real money will contribute to increasing the jackpot pool and allow the teams to earn points. Each week, the faction with the most points is declared victorious.

The top five players from the winning faction then share out the accumulated sum:

The VIP & Loyalty Programme of HAPPY HUGO

Like many other casinos, Happy Hugo offers a VIP programme, which is good news for regular players seeking rewards for their loyalty.

This type of programme aims to reward the most dedicated players by offering them a special status, accompanied by numerous benefits that are not accessible to regular players.

However, it is unfortunate that the platform does not communicate much about its VIP programme. This opacity contrasts particularly with casinos such as myempire, which offer a detailed overview of their VIP programme.

Although we attempted to obtain more information by contacting customer support, this was unfortunately not fruitful.

What we can still confirm for you is that the Happy Hugo VIP programme consists of several levels and offers exclusive promotions, such as a weekly cashback.

Deposit & Withdraw Money on Happy Hugo

The variety of payment methods is a crucial aspect for an online casino. We always value a platform that offers a wide range of currencies, whether they are traditional fiat currencies or cryptocurrencies.

In this regard, Happy Hugo has met our expectations by offering a sufficiently broad range of payment methods.

How to Deposit Money?

We were delighted to see how easy it is to deposit money on Happy Hugo. In just a few minutes, we were able to make our first deposit.

To initiate a deposit on this platform, you simply need to click on your balance at the top left of the page, wherever you are on the site.

Next, go to the Deposit tab, where you will first need to indicate the amount you wish to deposit. On Happy Hugo, the minimum amount required may vary depending on the chosen payment method. It is important to note that to benefit from bonuses, a minimum deposit of 20 € will be necessary.

Once that is done, you will need to select a payment method from the seven options available.

For cryptocurrency transactions, there may be fees charged, however, these are independent of the casino. On the other hand, for other payment methods, it is important to note that no fees will be applied.

How to Withdraw Money?

As with deposits, the withdrawal process on Happy Hugo proved to be simple and quick. In just a few minutes, we were able to submit our request.

Before initiating a withdrawal, ensure that your account has been verified by the casino and that you have provided all necessary documents to verify your identity. Once this step is confirmed, click on your balance and this time go to the Withdrawal tab.

Indicate the amount you wish to withdraw, keeping in mind that the minimum withdrawal is between 20 € and 30 €, depending on the chosen method. This limit seems reasonable to us. You have the option to withdraw up to 15,000 € per month, a generous limit that can be increased depending on your VIP status.

Regarding the available withdrawal methods, although they are fewer than those for deposits, the choice remains very satisfactory.

how to register on happy hugo?

We greatly appreciated the simplicity of the registration process on Happy Hugo. In just a few steps, we were able to create our account and enjoy the casino.

To get started, all you need to do is click on the box "Create an account" located at the top left of the page, wherever you are on the site.

The first step requires you to provide several details that will be used to log in:

• Email address

• Password

• Username

• Currency

The second step of registration asks for different information related to your identity and place of residence:

• First name

• Last name

• Date of birth

• Complete postal address

• Phone number

• Country of residence

This is also the step where you must accept the terms and conditions of the casino and indicate if you wish to receive promotional offers via SMS or email.

During the third step, you will need to choose which faction you want to join, between the Star Union and Evil Corp. This is purely informational and will not influence your gaming experience.

Finally, the last step is to confirm the phone number you provided during the second step by entering the code received via SMS.

how to register on happy hugo?

Overall, our experience on Happy Hugo has been quite satisfactory. As a relatively new platform, it still has some points to improve.

The game catalog is very extensive, including over 4,500 titles. We were thus able to find the best slot machines, the most popular table games, and of course, live casino. However, we regret that the demo mode does not offer the purchase of bonuses, particularly on Pragmatic Play games.

The various bonuses and promotions have greatly contributed to enriching our gaming sessions. We particularly appreciated the fact that all offers are guaranteed with no wager.

The Space Adventure loyalty programme is very interesting and helps this platform stand out. However, we would have appreciated having more information about the VIP programme.

Customer support has proven to be very helpful, especially the live chat. However, it is important to note that we had to interact with English-speaking agents, so it is preferable to have a basic command of the English language for smooth communication.
