Before getting into this Legiano review, one fact outweighs everything else: the Autorité nationale des jeux (ANJ) ordered the blocking of legiano.com on 22 January 2025. The ANJ's official list now includes 25 addresses under the name LEGIANO, added between 22 January and 10 July 2025. From a French connection, the domain returns a 403 error. The pages cited here were consulted on 3 October 2026, for documentary purposes. They describe the offer as the operator publishes it; they are not an invitation to play.

No Legiano promo code at 8Fortuna

8Fortuna has negotiated neither a promo code nor a no deposit offer with Legiano, and our listing contains no partner link. On the operator's side, none of the offers consulted requires a code: bonuses are chosen at the time of deposit. The terms and conditions do provide for no deposit bonuses (winnings limited to 5 times the bonus, or to 80 € for free spins), but none is published on the promotions page.

The two welcome offers

Legiano displays a standard offer and an offer reserved for cryptocurrency deposits. They cannot be combined: in both cases, it is a bonus on the first deposit only.

The casino offer's 200 free spins arrive in batches of 20 a day for 10 days, each batch having to be claimed within 24 hours. Their winnings must be wagered 40 times and are capped at 100 € when more than 50 spins are awarded. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for the bonus.

The wagering requirement explained with an example

The Legiano bonus is wagered on the deposit and bonus combined, which doubles the effort compared with wagering on the bonus alone. For a 100 € deposit doubled to 200 €, you must wager 200 € × 35, i.e. 7,000 €, within 10 days. Not all bets count equally: slots count 100%, live games and video poker 10%, table and card games 0%.

Two rules limit the appeal of the offer. Converted winnings cannot exceed 10 times the bonus: 1,000 € for a 100 € bonus, with the rest cancelled. The maximum bet of 100 € per spin, on the other hand, is very high, which is not an advantage in itself: it makes it possible to lose the bonus balance quickly. Overview of Legiano casino

Legiano casino plays on the imagery of ancient Rome: legionaries, consuls, centurions and a Caesar at the top of the VIP programme. The site combines a casino, a live casino and sports betting, with a shop where coins can be exchanged for rewards and tournaments advertised at 350,000 €. It is translated into around twenty languages, including French, German, Italian, Spanish and Polish.

Our listing gives no launch date, and the site publishes none. Wayback Machine copies go back to October 2024, but as the site is built in JavaScript, they contain no usable text. The current terms and conditions are in version 1.12, updated on 19 August 2026.

What the terms say about accepted countries

The list of ‘excluded jurisdictions’ in the terms and conditions does not mention France. It excludes, among others, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Malta and Cyprus. The terms do state, however, that NetEnt games and certain licensed slots are not available in France. The fact that the operator does not bar itself from France changes nothing in law: in France, the ANJ only licenses sports betting, horse racing betting and poker online. No online casino is authorised there, and Legiano is additionally subject to a blocking order.

Mobile version

The site works from the phone's browser, with no downloadable app mentioned on the pages consulted. The help centre has a technical section for display and connection problems. We were unable to check mobile usability, as the domain is inaccessible from France.

The French version displays amounts in the currency of the detected region: during our visit, the welcome offer appeared there in dollars (750 €). The euro amounts cited in this review come from the terms of each offer, which give the value in each currency.

Ongoing promotions, cashback and VIP

Legiano's promotions page is well stocked. It lines up ten casino offers, ten sports betting offers and three special sections. Here are the main casino offers consulted:

On top of these come provider tournaments, such as Amusnet's Cash Bomb or Spinomenal's Spinoleague, advertised with 12 € million in prizes.

Daily cashback

This is the clearest offer. It is calculated each day on real-money bets minus real winnings at the casino, and paid at 4:00 (UTC). It starts at VIP level 2, at 3% capped at 100 €, then rises to 5% (200 €), 10% (300 €) and 15% (400 €) at level 5. The minimum paid is 1 €, and the amount is wagered only once. Level 1 players are not eligible.

The VIP programme

The programme has five levels: Legionary, Legate, Consul, Centurion and Caesar. The VIP page lists perks by tier: site promotions, chat access, personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits, cashback and a personal VIP manager for the top two levels. It does not say how you progress, nor how much you need to wager to move up a level. The withdrawal limits per level are, however, set out in the terms and conditions (see the payments section). Finally, the shop lets you exchange coins for rewards advertised at up to 1,000 €, with no detailed scale on the pages consulted.

Games: slots, table games and live casino

Legiano's providers page shows the number of games from each studio. Adding up the counters recorded on 3 October 2026 gives 13,672 games spread across 127 providers. This is one of the largest catalogues on the market.

Slots

The biggest contributors are Spinomenal (814 games), Playtech (686), Pragmatic Play (676), Foxi (539), Yggdrasil (514), VoltEnt (438), Amusnet (384) and Hacksaw Gaming (349). You will also find Novomatic (166), Quickspin (130), Thunderkick (102), Endorphina (207), BGaming (257), Evoplay (284) and Betsoft (241). The catalogue gives plenty of room to Eastern European studios and quick-game providers, with Aviator, TurboGames and Galaxsys.

Two absences stand out: NetEnt, whose games the terms state are unavailable in France, and Nolimit City, which does not appear on the list. The terms also list games excluded from wagering or counting 50% or 10%: check this list before playing with a bonus.

Live casino

The live casino relies on Pragmatic Play Live (249 titles), Creedroomz (63), Imagine Live (59), SA Gaming (45), VivoGaming (43), Live Vegas (38), Lucky Streak (12) and AE Sexy (8). Evolution, the most widespread live studio, is not on the list. The offering nevertheless covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Pragmatic game shows. With an active bonus, live games only count 10% towards wagering.

Table games and sports betting

Virtual table and card games count 0% towards wagering, which makes them useless for clearing a bonus. The site also offers virtual sports (Kiron, Digitain) and a sports betting section, with its own offers: 100% up to 100 € as a welcome bonus, 10% cashback up to 500 € and an accumulator boost. Deposits and withdrawals at Legiano

Legiano's payments page displayed ‘No payments found’ for both deposits and withdrawals during our visit: the list of methods depends on the detected country, and we were unable to read it. The methods below have been reconstructed from the operator's other pages:

The published minimum deposit is 20 € for the welcome bonus, and 88 € (100 €) for the crypto offer. No minimum withdrawal is published on the pages consulted.

Legiano withdrawals: limits and timeframes

The terms and conditions set withdrawal limits according to VIP level:

At level 1, a 10,000 € win would therefore take at least two months of withdrawals. Requests are processed by the finance department within 3 working days, according to the terms and the help centre, before the payment method's own processing time. Withdrawals can only go to an account in the player's name.

Commission and minimum wagering

Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. Otherwise, the operator reserves the right to cancel winnings and charge a commission of 10% of the last deposit (minimum 0.50 €), rising to 15% after a card or bank transfer deposit. The terms also allow a withdrawal to be refused if the player has not wagered at least 20 € in the month of the request.

Identity verification

The casino may request identity, address and payment documents; the player has 30 days to provide them. No review time is advertised on the casino's side, and deposits or withdrawals may be blocked until verification is complete. Customer support and responsible gambling

Legiano's help centre advertises customer service ‘ready to help you 24/7’, via live chat and by email at support@legiano.com. It is organised into eight sections: bonuses and promotions, casino, deposits, general information, account and verification, sports betting, technical issues and withdrawals. Formal complaints are made by email. The site is translated into French, but no page advertises support in French.

The VIP programme mentions access to 24/7 chat from the first levels and a personal manager for the Centurion and Caesar levels. We did not contact support and cannot judge its response times.

Limited responsible gambling tools

Legiano's responsible gambling policy is basic. It describes no deposit limit, loss limit or session limit that can be set from the account. Two measures exist, both on written request:

• a break, during which support excludes the player ‘for a time’;
• self-exclusion, by email to support@legiano.com, with the account closed ‘as soon as possible’.

The page refers to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, and recommends parental control software. Compared with casinos that offer automatic limits in the player area, this policy leaves players on their own when it comes to their spending. The policy carries no update date.

Is Legiano legit? Operator, licence and ANJ block

This is Legiano's weakest point. The terms and conditions only refer to ‘the company operating the site’, without naming it. Neither the footer, nor the ‘About’ page, nor the responsible gambling policy cites a company name, registration number, address, regulator or licence number. No licence seal appears on the site. Without an operator name, it is impossible to search for a licence on the register of the Curaçao Gaming Authority or any other regulator. A player therefore does not know which company holds their money, nor which authority to send a complaint to.

The ANJ block

The official list of sites subject to a blocking order, published by the ANJ and consulted on 3 October 2026, includes 25 addresses under the name LEGIANO:

• on 22 January 2025: legiano.com, legiano.fr, legiano1.com, legiano2.com, legiano5.com, legiano10.com, legianocasino.de, legianocasino-fr.com and legianocasinos.fr, along with their ‘www’ variants;
• on 26 March 2025: legiano100.com;
• on 10 July 2025: legiano-1315.com, legiano-casino1.com, legiano-avis.com, legiano1.fr and 8leg7reoc.com, with their variants.

A blocking order means that the ANJ considers the offering illegal in France and asks internet service providers to cut off access to it. The proliferation of mirror domains after the first decision, including ‘.fr’ addresses and a domain containing the word ‘avis’, shows that the brand continued to target French players. This block has no effect on the score: the site sub-score of 1.5/5 reflects the absence of a published operator and licence.

What this means for a player

Playing on a blocked site deprives you of any recourse to the ANJ, and the absence of an identified operator also deprives you of a foreign regulator. In the event of a dispute over a withdrawal, a closed account or cancelled winnings, you would only have the site's support. We advise against trying to get around this block.

What we were unable to consult

The payments page displayed no methods during our visit, and the detail of the help centre articles could not be read. The minimum withdrawal, the timeframes per payment method and the document review time therefore remain unknown. The Wayback Machine archives, being of a JavaScript site, did not allow us to find any operator declared in the past.

Our Legiano review: the verdict

The average of the five criteria comes to 6.8/10. As no licence is declared, our methodology caps the overall score: Legiano scores 5/10.

Strengths and weaknesses

Legiano has a very large catalogue, daily cashback that only needs to be wagered once and support advertised 24/7. But no operator or licence is published, the ANJ has ordered the blocking of 25 of its addresses, and the responsible gambling tools are limited to a break or exclusion requested by email. The welcome bonus, wagered on deposit and bonus with capped winnings, remains demanding.

Who is it for?
