Expert reviews on Casino Privé

For several weeks, we tested PrivéCasino for you. It turns out that this platform is very comprehensive, with a large number of positive points.

The strengths and weaknesses of Casino Privé

Firstly, the games catalogue. It is quite impressive. We counted about 2,000 different games, from 12 of the best and most well-known mini-game providers in the market.

In addition to these mini-games, there are classic casino games, as well as the option to place sports bets, for an optimal experience: on this online casino, you can absolutely do everything.

From the point of view of deposits, the possibilities are quite numerous. Cryptocurrency is allowed, as well as payments by bank card and electronic wallets. On the other hand, nothing is mentioned about bank transfers.

Finally, the main negative point, in our opinion, lies in the fact that there is no demo mode. Thus, you cannot play for free, nor even explore the platform at your own pace before making your first deposit and enjoying the associated bonus.

Welcome offers and bonuses at Casino Privé

Casino Privé is a platform that offers users several bonuses. This is one of its main strengths. As a new user, you can claim up to 8,888 € in total. Unheard of?

Welcome bonus details

The welcome offer is very enticing for new registrants. Indeed, on your first five deposits, you can claim 600% of what you have deposited as capital, for a maximum amount of 8,888 €, distributed as follows:

• 200% up to 500 € after the first deposit (minimum of 20 €)

• 100% up to 1,000 € after the second deposit

• 50% up to 2,000 € after the third deposit

• 100% up to 2,500 € after the fourth deposit

• 150% up to 2,888 € after the fifth deposit

However, be careful. Despite an attractive offer, keep in mind that the wager is quite high, at 30 times for each bonus received. Over time, this can be quite restrictive.

Weekly bonus: win all week

From Monday to Friday, enjoy significant bonuses to make the week even more interesting!

Monday Re-Spin: start the week in style

Every Monday, Casino Privé allows you to start your week in the best way with its Re-Spin bonus.

On your first deposit made that day, you will receive a boost of:

• A 100% bonus up to 1,000 €

The conditions to take advantage of this offer are similar to all others:

• Wager: 30x

• Bet limit per spin: 2 €

• Minimum deposit amount: 25 €

Wednesday Reload: boost your winnings

Are you in a slump? In the middle of the week, Casino Privé offers you a small boost to gently get back on track. Thus, in case of a recharge (minimum deposit of 25 €), you would benefit from a 150% bonus (on a maximum deposited amount of 1,000 €).

Friday Privé: end the week with bonuses

Friday is synonymous with the end of the week and therefore, the weekend! For the occasion, Casino Privé offers you a specific offer... A 100% bonus, up to 2,000 € maximum deposit.

The conditions for obtaining this bonus are the same as those presented earlier, namely:

• Wager: 30x

• Bet limit per spin: 2 €

• Minimum deposit amount: 25 €

Daily raffles: daily draws

Every day, Casino Privé also allows you to participate in the raffle. To do this, visit the “Raffles” section. To register and participate in the raffle, you must meet a few requirements, such as playing certain mini-games beforehand. In other circumstances, you won't need anything to register.

If you happen to win one of these draws, you will be contacted two days after the raffle closes (if you win on Monday, you will be contacted on Thursday). Your reward will then be credited at that time. Note that some winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Loyalty programme and VIP Club

At first glance, you might think that Casino Privé offers no loyalty program or even a VIP program. That is what we thought. But after a quick message sent to customer service, it turned out that we were wrong.

A VIP programme does exist. To discover the access conditions and the benefits offered, you must write an email to the following address: vip@privecasino.com. All the details will be provided to you within approximately 24 hours (sometimes even much less).

Why is the VIP programme not more prominently featured? Unfortunately, we do not have the answer. We find it a real shame, as a programme offering many advantages always attracts a lot of people. However, even though it is “hidden”, it has the merit of existing.

Games and Providers on Casino Privé

Once registered and logged in, what can you do on Casino Privé? A quick overview of the available options.

Categories of Games Available on Casino Privé

In total, there are more than 2,000 games available to you. While some may regret the absence of well-known games, some like Cashoccino, Sticky Bees or even Golden Era and Boofa leave a strong impression.

What we really appreciate at Casino Privé is this tendency to adapt and renew. Several times a year, new games are added or replace some that are less popular.

Online Slot Machines

Online slot machines are in high demand on PrivéCasino. We counted 1641 to date. They operate in a completely classic manner, even if the themes can vary: hunting and fishing, magic, wild west, animals, Christmas, sports... There is something for absolutely everyone.

Live Casino Games

Poker, Roulette, BLACKJACK or Baccarat, one thing is certain: on Casino Privé, the number of live casino games is not lacking. We counted 79 in total.

Some games are duplicated, so you can play different variants. It's very interesting, allowing you to discover new ways of playing and above all, to improve your chances of winning.

Other Games Offered

In addition to slot machines, in the form of mini-games and live casino games, you can play live games on Casino Privé, such as:

• Monopoly

• Deal or No Deal

• Cash or Crash

• Mega Wheel

• Treasure Island

These are games that change and are both fun and engaging.

Playing for Free on Casino Privé

Unfortunately, PrivéCasino does not offer any 'demo' or 'test' mode to play with fake money. To enjoy the 2,000 and some games on this platform, you will inevitably have to make a deposit.

The only solution to play for free? The bonuses you receive during your deposits. You can also use the promotional code 8FORTUNA when registering to get free spins.

It is, in our view, one of the main negative points of the platform.

Partners and Providers

Casino Privé works with the world's best mini-game and casino game providers. There are eight in total, namely:

• Apollo Games,

• Habanero,

• Hacksaw Gaming,

• Microgaming,

• Netent,

• Pragmatic Play,

• Ruby Play,

• Wazdan.

Sports Betting on Casino Privé: Our Analysis

To complement the games offer, PrivéCasino allows interested players to bet on sports events. All the biggest competitions are represented (Champion's League, Grand Slam tennis or NBA matches).

You will also find sports you may not be familiar with, such as table tennis, cricket and even water polo. Finally, an e-sport section is available, which is quite rare and therefore noteworthy, bringing a real added value to an otherwise quite attractive offer.

User experience is at the heart of the project. The platform is well thought out and perfectly designed, allowing for easy betting. Moreover, you will have access to various odds formats, such as decimal, fractional or American odds, for a gaming experience even closer to what you desire.

Deposit and withdrawal of money on Casino Privé

The topic of deposits and withdrawals is quite important because the more options there are for users, the better. However, in the case of Casino Privé, the choices are quite limited.

How to deposit money on Casino Privé?

In terms of depositing money on Casino Privé, you can only use cryptocurrency. And even here, the options are lacking as only Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Tether (USDT) are allowed.

To use Casino Privé and credit your account with cryptocurrency, you will need to create an account on a dedicated platform (such as Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and others), complete KYC (Know Your Customer), make a deposit, and finally place a buy order to acquire Bitcoin, for example.

It's all new, but Casino Privé now allows you to deposit money by credit card (VISA and Mastercard). You can also use some of the leading electronic wallets that exist, such as Skrill, Neteller, or PaySafeCard!

How to withdraw your winnings safely?

To withdraw your winnings safely, it is necessary for your account to be validated. For this, you need to complete KYC (Know Your Customer). Then click on the "Withdraw" tab at the top right of your screen.

Surprisingly, here you will have a wide range of options. You will be able to withdraw your winnings by bank transfer, via cryptocurrencies, but also by electronic wallet. Three options will be available to us:

• Token,

• Neteller,

• Skrill.

We find the amounts to be quite high compared to the competition. Similarly, the processing times are far too long. Casino Privé processes withdrawal requests within 72 hours, to which processing time (especially for bank transfers) must be added.

Security on Casino Privé

Licence and regulation of Casino Privé

Like many casinos that are not certified by the ANJ and operate internationally, Casino Privé does indeed have a licence, which has been issued by the State of Curaçao.

Obtaining this regulatory licence is a true guarantee of security and reliability. This site is not a scam and complies with certain imposed rules, ensuring that the user can play in a healthy and transparent ecosystem.

Customer service: 24/7 support

We have nothing to say about the quality of the customer service. The 24/7 support is ensured, and you can contact a representative at any time for any type of issue.

Solutions are provided as quickly as possible and often allow you to quickly move on. The only downside? The customer service, via online chat, is only available in English.

Casino Privé can also be contacted by email, via the following three addresses:

• support@privecasino.com: this is the generic contact email. You can use it for any problem encountered.

• kyc@privecasino.com: this is the email address to use to send your personal information and identity documents to validate the KYC.

• complaints@privecasino.com: in case of complaints about the casino and its offers, you can write here.

Other security measures

KYC allows Casino Privé to comply with European legislation on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing. In case of suspicion, your data will be collected and sent immediately to the competent authorities.

Moreover, Casino Privé seems to make respecting users' private data a central point of its security policy. All your information is fully encrypted. As such, it is inaccessible.

Responsible gambling and game fairness

Casino Privé claims to use an RNG (Random Number Generator) ensuring the full and complete fairness of chances to all players over the long term. The platform claims that no manipulation is carried out and that players can thus rely on chance.

Finally, Casino Privé has a section specifically dedicated to responsible gambling. Although this is only available in English, it covers all the measures that can be taken to ensure that you only bet what you can afford to lose, without ever putting yourself in the red.

Play on Casino Privé via mobile

Casino Privé does not have a dedicated mobile app to download, whether on iOS or Android. However, the smartphone or tablet version of the platform is a great success. While we generally tend to favour desktop versions to limit the risk of errors, this is not the case here.

Navigation is simple, smooth, and very enjoyable. No matter what you wish to undertake:

• register or log in,

• make a deposit or a withdrawal,

• play an online casino game,

• contact customer support via live chat.

Registration on Casino Privé: easy steps

To register at Casino Privé, go to the official site. You can then click on the “Registration” button, at the top left of your screen, on a yellow background. You will then need to provide some personal information, including:

• your first name,

• your last name,

• your email address,

• your phone number,

• a password,

• your country of residence.

Once these basic details are filled in, continue by clicking on “Registration”.

You will then need to enter:

Summary of Our Opinion on Casino Privé

General Information about Casino Privé

Casino Privé is not a platform recognised by the ANJ, the national gambling association. In case of theft or dispute, you will not be able to be supported by this independent body.

However, rest assured, the company that owns it, Non Videri B.V is very well-known in the sector and offers all users a reliable and pleasant experience (besides, the group holds other licences, like Gxmble).

Conclusion of Our Opinion on Casino Privé

Casino Privé is a visually very pleasing platform, in full development. Indeed, numerous options are emerging (as with payment methods), which suggests that user complaints and requests are being considered. One can imagine that, over time, the platform will gain credibility and encourage more and more people to give in to temptation…

Even though quite a lot still leaves much to be desired. Withdrawal waiting times are quite long and customer service is not available in French! Finally, a large part of the essential content (such as terms and conditions or content on fairness or self-exclusion) is not translated. So, a few areas for improvement.
